In order to protect your data  username and password is required. No one  has access to your data without your permission. In such case a different username and password is required.

Our servers have SSL Certificates (256-bit encryption)  signed by global leaders in certificates. All data transferred between you and our servers  is encrypted. The encryption is the same as that used for Internet banking.

Data Backups

We back-up, monitor and encrypt your data on a daily basis to our high end storage devices, PLUS we transfer them to our offsite backup appliances miles away to our disaster recovery site.

We are the ONLY  Accounting Service provider, allowing our customers to backup, restore and even download their complete accounting databases to their computer.
